Account Manager
I applied online and heard back from a recruiter who gave me a link for a HireView interview. The day after that, I got a surprise call for a quick 15-minute chat.
- Tell me about someone who has greatly influenced your life.
- What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
- Can you give me three words that describe yourself?
Account Manager
We started with a call from HR to go over my resume. Then, I had to do this 8-question video interview thing that was more about me as a person than my actual work experience. Corey reached out the next day to talk about the video, my background, and the company. I then accepted an offer to come in for a second interview, which was in person. It was like a job shadow where we grabbed coffee, and I was asked more about myself and company advancement. After that, we went to a store, and I saw how they bring in new customers. It was fast and a little tough, but it answered all my questions.
- What makes you stand out from other candidates?
- What prompted your application to UMC?
- Can you share more about your background?
Account Manager
I put in my application online over the weekend. I got a call at the beginning of the week after to talk about my resume and the job. Then, I did this really neat video interview from home to learn more about the role. After that, I came in for an in-person interview where the interviewer was really open and answered all my questions. Even though I didn't end up moving, this would have been the company for me.
- What are your 5-year career goals?
