3-5 steps. couple of phone calls with Human Resources. A video of myself answering 8 interview questions. A second interview/job shadow. The overall interview I thought was challenging in the right ways. It really made me think about what i wanted.

I was contacted by the HR Manager, Sam, who then set up my initial interview with the company President. After that first round, I came back for a job shadow. During the job shadow, a Senior Corporate Trainer explained all the company roles and pay. Then, we went to the retail store so I could see how they interact with customers. The final interview was a phone call with the President again, and then I got the offer.

We started with a call from HR to go over my resume. Then, I had to do this 8-question video interview thing that was more about me as a person than my actual work experience. Corey reached out the next day to talk about the video, my background, and the company. I then accepted an offer to come in for a second interview, which was in person. It was like a job shadow where we grabbed coffee, and I was asked more about myself and company advancement. After that, we went to a store, and I saw how they bring in new customers. It was fast and a little tough, but it answered all my questions.

So first I had like this 10 minute phone call with the HR director who was super nice. She asked me about my proximity to the office and my qualifications for the job. If they liked me after that, I had to do this one-way video interview online that took about 15 minutes and the questions were pretty easy. Then the next step was talking to someone higher up on the phone, but I didn't really want to continue with the interview process. I just got a vibe that this job was gonna be like my last sales job where I had to go around harassing shoppers at Costco to sell cable accounts, since their biggest partner is Spectrum. They were kind of vague about the job description besides mentioning Spectrum was their biggest partner.
