Behavioral Presentation

It was a 2 round process. First was pretty casual with my direct line of reporting. Second was with the big boss and I needed to prepare a short presentation of a work that I was proud of plus some question and answers at the end.

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn to apply. After applying, I had to complete an online application with a math test. About three weeks later, I had a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview a week after that. I had mentioned my interest in the Assistant Media Planning role on the application and during the phone interview. However, the in-person interviews were with hiring managers in Media Buying. One hiring manager's name was unknown to HR, who had to look it up quickly. HR also gave a very brief office tour, just a minute walk around one floor.

It was easy and straightforward. After applying, the first step was a phone interview. Then, I had an onsite interview. I met with two different managers, and they were both really nice and asked some great questions. I got an offer about 3 business days after my onsite interview, and I had two days to accept. The process was great, but I just wish they would have told me which account I would be working on during the interview.
