So, the interview process had about 3 rounds. First, there was an initial chat with the hiring manager where they asked some basic biology questions. Then, I had an in-person panel interview that was mainly behavioral. Finally, I did a video interview with the team director, which included a mix of technical and behavioral stuff. The whole thing took like 1.5 to 2 months.

Had a quick recruiter call that was under 10 minutes. Then, there were two more interviews, one with an engineer and one with a manager, focusing on technical stuff and my resume. The whole thing was pretty straightforward, which was nice. The recruiter was also pretty responsive.

The interview process involved three stages: an initial HR interview, followed by a manager interview, and concluding with a panel interview. It was a disheartening experience, and the company seemed very disorganized. Even though I had a positive experience talking with the interviewers themselves, the company's candidate treatment is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend applying unless absolutely desperate, as it felt like a complete waste of time.

I got an email from Michael Cowdrey about the Systems Administrator position I applied for at their "Stealth Mode Startup". We scheduled and completed the phone interview, and he and I agreed that my qualifications were a good match for the job. I followed up by email a couple of times over the next few weeks, but I never heard back. If you don't mind being ghosted, then this is the place for you. I think this is a despicable way to treat people. They could have at least let me down respectfully. But silence makes you a coward. You should think twice before applying.
