Behavioral Technical

Had an initial phone screen with the recruiter to discuss my background. Then, I had a Zoom interview with 3 engineers where they asked mostly behavioral questions. No technical questions were asked at all. It was a pleasant experience overall, and the recruiter and engineers were friendly and courteous.

Behavioral

I submitted my resume online in early April and then had a screening call with a recruiter. The interview went well, but the lack of follow-up really impacted my overall experience. The recruiter didn't provide any updates, so I had to reach out a few times over the following weeks, with my last contact being in mid-May. Despite my strong interest, I never got a response, not even a rejection, so I decided to accept another offer. One thing that stood out was being asked about compensation, which seemed odd since they should already have a salary range. It felt like they were trying to offer the lowest possible amount.

Behavioral Technical

The process started with a casual HR phone call to discuss my skills and what the company needs. Then, I had a technical interview with a lead engineer and a technical manager. Finally, I traveled to Denver for an in-person interview. This included meeting with a technical manager and a design engineer, followed by a meeting with two lead engineers. The in-person part felt laid back but was still technical. The HR team was great and made me feel welcome.
