I had two interviews, one with the store manager and another with the regional Lancome Sales Executive. The store manager asked basic interview questions, and the Lancome executive asked more specific questions related to the job. Both interviews were easy. The entire process took about a week. I was flown to Florida for Lancome school to learn about the products and sales techniques for the brand.
