I applied online and heard back from the recruiter a few days later. About 30 minutes before our scheduled screener call, she asked to reschedule it, which I accommodated to the following week. The recruiter interview felt like a casual conversation, and there weren't any difficult questions. Then, there was silence for two weeks. The recruiter then contacted me asking for my availability for interviews that week. I provided it immediately, but no interviews were scheduled, and I eventually received a form rejection letter. It felt like a month of my time was wasted.

It was friendly and relaxed. We met at a Starbucks. The questions were general and it was not overly stressful. There were people standing around waiting to be interviewed if you take a little longer to visit with the interviewer.
