The whole process takes about 3 hours if you pass the two number tests after the first interview. Before that, I had to fill out a paper form with my work experience and education a few days before. The first interview was with an HR person, then there were two number-related tests: verifying a bunch of numbers (like 86965-89695), and identifying patterns (like 1,2,3,4,5,_,_; 2,4,8,16,32,64,_,_; 2,1,2,3,2,5,2,7,_,_). If you passed all these, you then had interviews with the warehouse managers on the same day (in my case, 3 more interviews). After that, you just wait to hear back about an offer.

I had to take 2 simple tests first. Then I had a one-on-one meeting with this really awkward manager from the department. He kept asking me over and over again what I disliked about my previous jobs. Then he asked about my role at Arthrex, where I was an inventory control specialist. He insisted that I actually worked in a department called kitting, which was a department that no longer existed before I even started there. I tried to explain my experience at Arthrex, but he kept cutting me off, saying my job wasn't real and that I was just a shipping packer. I tried to explain again how I worked with the inventory team, but he interrupted me again and said no. His name was Joe, and then he asked if I had any questions for him. I asked him 3 questions, and he asked if I had any more. I asked another 3 (it was so awkward). He asked me a third time, and I said no. Then he told me to walk down the hall and said, "Most people ask when they'll get the job, and the answer is we can't tell you, but we'll let you know either way." I thought we were going to another room for a sit-down interview because he never formally asked me about myself, tested my knowledge, or inquired about my character. He walked me towards the front of the office, and the front door was only about 10 feet away. He never said the interview was over or thanked me. He didn't offer a handshake or say he'd get back to me... just one of the worst and most awkward interviews ever. Uline should really check their staff because that guy had no clue what he was doing.

Got a call from their internal recruiter, and things moved quickly from there. I went in for an onsite interview that involved some aptitude tests and interviews with HR and the hiring manager. They both seemed nice and proud of their company. I didn't end up getting the job because I didn't have enough experience. They look like a great company, though, so I'll keep an eye out for other jobs.
