Sales Representative
So, first I talked to this really nice person who told me about the tests and stuff. Then I had this 30-minute phone interview, which was honestly pretty bad, not gonna lie. The person on the other end seemed totally checked out and bored. It was like a skit, seriously. The questions were so generic and they didn't really ask anything deep. And when I tried to ask them stuff, they just said 'I don't know' or gave short answers. Made me wonder why they even bothered scheduling it if they weren't interested. It was a total waste of time, and I'm kinda worried about that interviewer, hope they're doing okay. Maybe they should look for another job if Uline is that tough.
- Do you own a car that you can use for commuting?
Sales
Overall very positive experience! They ask a lot of behavioral questions and want to get to know you. They really care about who works for the company and if they fit into the culture so they are going to ask you questions that help them better understand that.
- What is important to me in a job?
Sales
It was a general interview. The recruiter was friendly. There was some confusion about the location I applied to. I had applied for the marketing internship and didn't get a follow-up, although the recruiter mentioned he noted it.
- Could you tell me about the most beneficial course you have taken in college up to this point?
