The interview process included 3 tests. The first test was a writing assignment where you had to summarize a given paragraph using bullet points. The second test involved answering 200 questions in 4 minutes, focused on identifying matching random numbers. The third test, also within 4 minutes, had 30 questions requiring you to predict the next two numbers in a numerical sequence. After completing these tests, there was a one-on-one interview with the HR manager. Based on this, they would let you know if you moved on to a second interview with the sales management team.

A Uline HR rep reached out to me almost immediately after applying. She sent me an extensive questionnaire going over sales questions and situational behavior (took almost a full hour to complete, a bit excessive before even having a conversation). Next I had a phone interview that took roughly an hour. Asked situational questions, went over work history, pretty standard stuff. Nothing too difficult. When I went to ask the HR rep questions she could barely answer the questions I was asking. Simple questions like ‘what area does the territory cover’. I don’t think she knew anything about the job. I was hoping to make it to the next round because my background aligned well with the company and I answered all questions completely. Regardless I got an automated email saying they weren’t interested. I tried to reach out to the HR rep (through an automated email system, not even her personal email) for a bit of an explanation and got radio silence. Would hope for some professional courtesy especially after investing the time in the application process.

I was contacted by them even though I didn't apply. The interview process started with some pretty outdated online assessments, which was a bit of a surprise. Then, I had a pleasant interview, although the timing wasn't ideal for me. Unfortunately, after the interview, there was a poor follow-up. For 10 business days, I heard nothing about next steps. I eventually contacted the recruiter and received a standard rejection email within 24 hours. Overall, U line seems like a good company, but the interview experience was quite poor from a potential customer and advocate's perspective.
