I spoke with talent acquisition and it went really well because I have a lot of experience. They have you do assessment tests and personality profiles before inviting you for a face-to-face. Before the face-to-face, they give you two more timed memorization tests. Then during the face-to-face, it was one on one, which was a red flag because there should be multiple team members to avoid discrimination. However, there was only one person, the manager. He asked basic questions and told me he just got off the treadmill. He also said he didn't like his people watching YouTube all day and preferred they read books and stay up-to-date with daily events. He seemed like a dictator. I answered his questions very well and even asked him some important questions that he couldn't answer. It was clear I had more experience, and I think he felt intimidated. Regardless of how well I did, I don't think I will get an offer. Beware of companies like Uhline that don't have more than one person interviewing.

I had to do some tests before the interview which took about an hour. It included a personality test from a third-party site, a writing test, and a couple of others. I had to copy and paste the results into Word and Excel docs. After that, I had a good interview with a friendly and professional interviewer. But the worst part was finding out they weren't even hiring for the role I applied for, which felt like a waste of my time.
