The interview process was very relaxed. They started by asking about me, then gave me a tour of their warehouse and explained their operations. It seems like they place a high value on GPA, so that's something to keep in mind.

So I went through like 4 assessments, then I got a call from the recruiter. They scheduled me for an in-person interview. Then they made me do 2 more assessments, and then another person came for a quick interview. They were all white people, and I feel like they are racist and don't want any colored people working there. I was qualified and had many years of experience. Don't apply, you're gonna end up wasting your time.

This company was the worst to interview with. I was so glad to get an offer elsewhere and not deal with them anymore. The process involved two assessments and then an HR interview. After that, they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. I can't believe people still have to work in the office five days a week and wear a suit every day in 2023. They also seem to screen people based on their political views. After all that, they just ghosted me. I wouldn't recommend building a career here. Watch out!
