HR reached out and scheduled the interview. I was emailed several tests to complete beforehand. Once I arrived for the interview, I first had to complete a math test. I spoke with the HR representative and was led to believe I'd have another interview the next week. Then, I was asked to take Microsoft Office and typing tests, and I felt my scores were quite high. The entire visit lasted about 4 hours. After two weeks of no contact, I emailed the HR rep, and she said she'd reply. A few weeks later, I was contacted, but there was no offer. The job is still available.

The interview process felt a bit lengthy. I first had to complete four online assessments and submit them before coming in for the in-person interview. Once I was on-site, I had to take two timed number tests before finally meeting with the interviewer. The face-to-face meeting was quite brief, and the interviewer didn't seem very engaged. Honestly, I wasn't too impressed with how things were handled. When the talent scout initially called to schedule the interview, I asked about the specific department for this role. Her answer was quite vague and indirect, leading me to suspect they might have been interviewing for the sake of it, rather than having a definite open position to fill.

I applied online and was initially rejected. However, a friend who works there got me an interview. I was contacted for an interview and scheduled an in-person one. I was instructed to arrive 20 minutes early for testing. My interview was scheduled for 9 am, so I got there at 8:30 am. It was past 9:30 am when I inquired about my interview status, and the receptionist was unhelpful. Eventually, someone came to get me, apologizing because the receptionist hadn't informed them I was there. The interview itself seemed to go well, and I was told I'd be recommended for a second interview. Unfortunately, I received an email on Friday stating I wasn't selected to move forward. While disappointing, this experience made me question my desire to work for a company that disrespects my time and lacks internal communication.
