First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Uline.
Customer Service Representative
It was a walk-in interview that included a timed test and then a 1-on-1 chat right after. About 3-5 people were at tables doing the same thing, then they'd leave so others could go. Even with over 4 years in customer service and call centers, I didn't get it, and I'm not sure why. The company is still hiring for it, so they must need people. Was it not having a degree? Or maybe my military service with the National Guard? The warehouse itself looked good though - bright, clean, organized, and seemed like a solid, professional place to work. Might be a good gig.

Customer Service Representative
I had my interview appointment earlier so I do not have an update yet. Did 2 different number tests during the interview. First: Compare set of numbers. Put a checkmark if same. 3495 3495 (✔) 6475 6415 ( ) Second: Complete the number sequence 2 4 6 _ _ 2 5 3 5 4 5 _ _ After the tests, we were asked to wait for the interviewers. It was a one on one interview. It was quick. I was asked about the following: - my previous jobs - salary expectation - strengths and weaknesses - why uline - why customer service representative - where do I see myself in the future I was told that I will hear an update in a week.

There were multiple steps that tested different abilities. The interviews were friendly and professional. The process was very organized and meticulous. It included a math test, a round of interviews with managers, and I assume other standard parts of the process.
