They had 3 interviews. First was a phone call, then a meeting on Teams, and the last one was with the director or team. It felt like the right amount of interviews and it wasn't too much if you were ready. It's a really great company and everyone was super nice.

Behavioral Technical

I applied because UL is right across the street from me, but I already had a job. When HR called for an interview, I ignored them. HR called four times over two weeks. Then I found out I got into an MBA program and realized I needed a more stable job than outside sales, so I finally called them back. We had an initial phone interview, and then I didn't hear from HR for two or three weeks. I was then called in to interview with the hiring manager. It started with a face-to-face meeting, and then the hiring manager brought in a regional director via conference call who asked his own questions. A few days after that, HR called with a formal offer and sent a packet with benefits, salary, bonus/incentive info, and instructions for a drug test.
