HR will reach out first. You'll have an assessment test, then an HR interview, followed by an interview with the Team Lead or Manager. After that, you might get a job offer. The whole process is quite straightforward, but it can take a bit of time depending on when the hiring manager makes their decision.

Behavioral Technical

A third-party recruiter contacted me about this role. We had an initial conversation, followed by a call with the hiring manager. The last interview was scheduled as a panel with the hiring manager and three other people from different departments. Unfortunately, only one person ended up attending. It was disappointing because I had more knowledge about the other departments than the person who showed up. This panel setup didn't allow me to fully show what I know since the other three people weren't there to ask me relevant questions. I get that people are busy, but I did my homework on those individuals and prepared for the interview, only to not have the opportunity to fully demonstrate my capabilities.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It mainly involved behavioral-based interview questions that were mostly specific to the job. They also asked a set of questions based on the company's five core values. I'd recommend checking their website to understand these values, as they ask questions to gauge if your values align with theirs. Be prepared for questions that probe into your integrity and how you respect your colleagues.
