The interview had 3 rounds, all on the same day. They mostly asked HR questions, focusing on confidence and if I had a tech background. Some SQL and basic Java code questions were also asked.

I started with a recruiter chat, then had a sit down with some managers, and then met with a bunch of team members. It was pretty fast. They said the recruiter would let me know about next steps after the last interview. I didn't hear back after a few days, so I emailed the recruiter to say thanks and check in. I didn't even get a reply about if they hired someone. I'm fine with not getting the job, but not hearing anything back or getting a response after three interviews is really unprofessional.

A recruiter from Kronos reached out to me on LinkedIn. We set up a phone interview for the following week, which I had with the recruiter. After that, I sent my resume and a thank you note for the recruiter to pass along to the hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't feel my resume was a good fit, and I heard back the day after the interview. The recruiter was very nice and said they'd keep my resume for future openings. When I apply on the Kronos site and a role isn't right, the auto-reply suggests checking out the Stella talent network. I put my resume on Stella and it led me to a company that just made me an offer, which I accepted! So, thanks to Kronos for getting things started.
