First, they screened my CV and personal statement to see if I was shortlisted. Then, there were 3 technical questions about risk, stakeholder management, and one I can't recall. After that, 3 behavioral questions were asked regarding leadership, communication, and a third I forgot. The interview had 2 interviewers and one independent person.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was quite long but it was structured and took place over several stages. I even started to think they had forgotten about my application, so I wouldn't recommend leaving your application too late. Getting a Proof of Concept can be quite difficult. Make sure to learn their acronyms because they use them a lot.

Behavioral

I had an interview with 2 project managers, they were really nice and made me feel comfortable. They asked me to introduce myself and then asked 3 questions that focused on behavioral and leadership aspects, like how to change and improve things. They seemed to care more about how I answered and how confident I was. The background checks took forever to complete.
