First up was a 90-minute online quiz with logic and basic coding questions. Then, a video call where they hit me with a couple of logic and coding questions, plus some cultural fit stuff. After that, another video interview, this time with the sales manager. The final stage was an in-person meeting with the hiring manager, involving more coding and logic questions, and more cultural questions. They also had me download some software and build something to present, but I didn't end up actually presenting it.

I had an online test first, with 10 logic reasoning questions and 2 coding questions. After passing that, I had 6 interviews. First was a 30 min screening phone call, talking about myself, culture, diversity, why I applied. Then a 1 hr face-to-face with a Sales and Pre-sales manager, where I mostly talked about my tech experience and teamwork, and got asked about RPA and UiPath. Next were two 1.5hr technical interviews, one with a Pre-Sales Engineer and another with a Pre-Sales technical consultant. Then a face-to-face with the Sales Manager and Pre-Sales engineers, discussing UiPath, RPA, past challenges, and technical topics like Azure and AI. Lastly, more technical questions because I didn't do great in the second technical interview.

Horrendous! Zero respect for my time and lack of communication from recruiting team and hiring managers. After several interviews (~5) I was scheduled for an interview with a VP. He was a no show. I emailed the recruiter who rescheduled, again he stood me up. I emailed the recruiter, no response. I emailed the recruiter again who then informed me the role was filled. Complete waste of my time and theirs. I hope they don't treat you like this! During the entire process, there was no explanation of steps, timeline or process. You will wait several weeks then out of the blue the recruiter will contact again. Weird.
