Behavioral Presentation

I applied online. The process was really smooth starting from the first interview. There were 3 rounds of interviews: a panel interview, and then a final interview with the VP of Talent Acquisition. I had a great interaction with the panel. The interviewers were very professional. It took some time to get the offer, but I understand the approvals needed for it.

Behavioral Other

Interviewed with 4-5 people, including the hiring manager. Everyone seemed nice, and the interviews were virtual and not too long. However, there wasn't much time to ask questions because everyone had a hard stop, which felt like a bad candidate experience for evaluating if the company was a good fit. I got an email declining me from someone I never spoke to during the process. The company has potential, but the recruiting process and framework need improvement to attract talent, especially since they're competing with big players. The short tenure of employees, including engineers and recruiters, might have been a red flag.

Other Technical

The interview process included a few video calls, one in-person meeting, and a phone call with a coordinator. The interviews were pretty conversational. They gave me a logic test which was actually fun and felt like a good part of the process.
