This was a really great interview process, possibly the best I've had recently. The HR person was super helpful and guided me through everything. Since it was a manager role, they focused on my past experience and how well I'd fit the company. There were 4 discussions, and it honestly didn't feel like a standard interview. They made me feel comfortable, and it was a positive experience overall. The whole thing took about 5 weeks, including the offer. HR kept me updated on the status regularly. They'll check your organizational fit, role fit, give you a personality test, a simple Hackerrank online test, and ask situational questions.

Behavioral Technical

I had a lot of trouble with this interview process because it kept getting rescheduled. I couldn't even talk to the first recruiter because she was too busy, so I went straight to the hiring manager. After I talked to the hiring manager, the RC team contacted me about the next interview, but they didn't answer my questions about who I'd be meeting with. The worst part was that my third interview got cancelled the day before, with no warning or explanation. Then, I got an automated email saying the job was filled. That automated email really soured an otherwise okay experience. I wish recruiters would be more considerate of candidates' time in the future.

The whole thing took about 3-4 weeks. First, I had one chat with a recruiter, then two interviews with hiring managers, and one with the Senior VP. After that, there was a panel interview before they made an offer. They were quick and nice throughout and always let me know what was going on.
