Customer Success Manager
I had a 30-minute call with the recruiter, and I came prepared. This company, like many others, is interested in AI. We had a good connection, which is key for Customer Success. The recruiter let me know I wouldn't be moving forward and gave some feedback. We discussed a lot, but they really wanted me to talk about their "AI opportunity," which felt a bit strange since AI is so new and I wouldn't know their specific plans. The recruiter seemed unprepared and didn't ask many questions, so I mostly led the conversation based on what I found in my research.
- Could you discuss our "AI opportunity"?
Customer Success Manager
The HR rep was great throughout the interview process and kept me informed about every step. The conversation flowed well and the feedback provided was very helpful. They made sure I had the correct information about what was coming next.
- Can you share your experience with managing specific situations from your past roles?
- What are some of your hobbies?
- Do you have any personal questions for us?
Customer Success Manager
The process was practical and to the point, focusing on culture and your personality, which was a big plus. It started with an online cognitive ability test, then a first interview with HR, followed by the Hiring manager, a senior team member, and a language evaluation. All interviews centered on culture, processes, situational questions, and a high-level overview of Uipath products. The people were very warm, fair, and friendly, unlike the typical corporate approach.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in Uipath?
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- What is RPA?
