The interview process was great up until the very last interview, which felt like a formality. Communication with the recruiter and team members was excellent. The final interview itself was okay, though there wasn't a strong connection, and the questions weren't very difficult, so I felt confident. I was expecting a decision within three days, but after a week, the recruiter called and basically said I should have discussed AI more.
- We discussed general trends.
- What aspects of the product do you find appealing?
- Can you describe your experience with the interview process?

I met 4 interviewers in total, with each interview happening on a different day. Each interview lasted around 45 minutes. The first interview was with HR, where they wanted to know more about my career and future aspirations. I really liked this one. The interviewer paid close attention to what I said and explained how the company could fulfill my professional interests. After that, I met three other people: two directors and the CEO. The interviews were generally casual and the interviewers were friendly. Interestingly, one of the interviewers was my current boss, and I particularly enjoyed that interview. Instead of asking standard interview questions, he discussed his vision and what he wanted to achieve at the company. I was very impressed with his perspective and decided to join the company.
- Why are you interested in this company?
- What are your career goals and aspirations within this company?
- Can you provide more details about your past experience?

I applied through the company website and HR reached out. They initially asked for my current company's work, which felt unprofessional as it involved confidential documents. Despite this, we proceeded. Throughout the interviews, they repeatedly requested to see my current company's customer documents and presentations, which I was hesitant to share. I also noticed they were recording the interviews. Finally, I was given a case study to work on, followed by an interview. The process concluded with them stating they wouldn't proceed unless I shared my current work. I decided to withdraw from the process, as I'm not comfortable working for a company that would ask me to compromise my current employer's confidential information.
- Could you please present your current company's presentations?
