A hiring leader reached out to me directly for a senior sales position. The initial parts of the interview process were well-organized and straightforward. Everyone I met was professional, and they clearly laid out what they expected from candidates. But after the final panel interview, communication really slowed down. They initially said things would move fast, but it ended up taking weeks for a final decision, with only minimal updates and no firm timeline. This long wait felt a bit off, especially since they seemed so decisive at the start. The job itself sounds great, and the people I spoke with were smart, but the radio silence after the last interview made it a bit tough. For senior roles, a more open and quicker process would be much better. The good parts were the early engagement from the hiring team, the interesting role, and the strong product. The bad parts were the really long delays after the last interview and the lack of a clear timeline for the decision.

Had 5 interviews over 3 weeks. First with HR, then HM, then HM again, then SVP, and finally a panel. The HR interview was really unprofessional and they were rude, just questioning why I was even applying. The next three interviews were similar, mostly spent defending myself and my experience. The panel interview was better, I finally got to showcase my skills instead of just defending against doubts. I think I impressed them, but no offer came through. The main problem was the negativity starting with HR and continuing through most of the interviews, except the last one. Hopefully, this improves as UiPath grows.

I went through several interview rounds. I talked about my work and life experiences, answered the interviewers' questions, and also shared what I'm interested in. Overall, the interviews went really well. Big thanks to all the interviewers!
