First, be customer service oriented. Second, never be too prideful to learn. Third, there is always something to be done. What do you have to offer that most candidates do not? You will be asked how much you feel your worth. My answer: Every penny I ask for, I will be a 138% return on investment. Interviewer asked what you are using to gauge your performance baseline off of and over what period of time you are factoring in. My reply: Year over Year and I take pride in always watching my performance at whatever I do and if something did not give the desired outcome I ask why and research what I could have done better and practice on my own time to improve myself. Interviewer asked when you can start. I stated, do you have a free shirt I can put on now.

The interview was over the phone because HQ is in LA. It was three phone interviews, covering basic questions and a 90-day plan to boost revenue and members. They're seeking a leader ready to commit.
