Maintenance Technician
I had a great experience during my interview process with Tosha T.Brewer, she had an amazing personality and Aura, she explained all the company expectations to provide me a birds eye view on the roles and task I would have to know to be successful in this career. I was asked questions involving all the key topics in maintaining a complex the size of Fairfax Circle Towers. She constantly updated me with how the process was going this was by far the best experience I've had searching for a job in Northern Virginia.
- Can you tell me about your experience in repairing and maintenance?
- What tools are you familiar with using for repairs?
- Describe some of the repairs you have performed in your field of experience.
Field Service Technician
I went through two interviews. The first was with the Community Director and the Service Manager. Then, I had a second interview with the Area Manager. Both interviews felt really good, and I was super comfortable. The management team made it really easy, it was a chill process that really assessed my industry knowledge and what my skills brought to the table in a high-demand demo.
- Can you describe your communication skills when dealing with a demographic that has high expectations?
Maintenance Technician
I had a phone interview and then a personal interview.
