I talked to HR. Then I met with the hiring manager and his manager. Finally, I interviewed with the VP. They told me in the last interview they wanted to move quickly. I waited over 2 weeks and reached out to the recruiter I’ve worked with and she ignores my email. I wait another week and follow up with her again and I get no response. I wait another 2 weeks (over 5 weeks from interview) and she responds immediately saying they are still actively interviewing and she’ll let me know. Now, another month has gone by with no response. The recruiter has been unprofessional with updates. I’ve invested hours in the process with no communication.

Went through about 6 interviews with different staff and physicians. The process went smoothly and HR was very accessible, friendly, and helpful. It was a positive experience overall. I ultimately declined the offer because another health system offered me more flexibility, which was important as I have three young children. UChicago required a 5-day, 40-hour work week.

The interview process had several rounds, but it wasn't a great experience. The team seemed unfriendly, and I wasn't sure where I stood. Communication was bad, no updates on if I was moving forward or any feedback after the interviews. It felt like there wasn't much support, and the whole thing was kind of unstructured and not very engaging. Even though it was a tough selection process, it was hard to tell what was going on and there wasn't much interaction, so it felt just okay. I ended up not hearing back, which was pretty frustrating.

I got this interview through a 3rd party workforce center. We were supposed to have a zoom interview, but they totally ghosted me. They rescheduled, but when I logged on, they told me to leave because someone else was already being interviewed. Right after that, I got a call for a phone interview with two people I didn't know. They seemed really unprepared and it felt like a done deal. I got one of the interviewer's emails to stay in touch for other roles, since I knew they were looking for someone with more experience for a Registry position.
