The process was pretty straightforward, but the communication after the interview was a bit clunky. It took ages to even get the onsite interview set up with the recruiter. Once that was done, things moved along. You'll have a gatekeeper/HR round, then an in-person interview with the department manager. After that, you'll meet with higher-up division leaders separately. Just a heads-up, there's more than one in-person interview, which isn't the most efficient and means more travel.

I applied online and heard back over a month later. I did a phone interview which went well, then went in for an in-person interview. It was pretty standard, formal, and felt rushed. I was told I'd hear back within two weeks about a second interview or offer. Two weeks went by, and I emailed and left voicemails with no reply. I followed up weekly for over a month with HR and the hiring manager, but never got a response. It's just common courtesy to at least reply to people you interviewed in person!

HR was not very responsive. The hiring manager described the role and asked some background questions. The hiring manager did most of the talking, and I was told I'd have a second interview. The second interview was about a week later and was a panel interview. Two people discussed the role and warned me about how challenging it could be. It felt like they were trying to dissuade me from the opportunity. The third interview happened right after the second. The interviewer spoke for most of the time and then said I was a strong candidate. Soon after, the hiring manager emailed to say I was her final candidate. A week later, the hiring manager emailed again to say they had selected someone else.
