The interview consisted of 2 rounds. The first round was a phone call to see if I was a good fit for the role and the team. I then moved to the second round, which was tougher because it asked me to explain in detail how I would approach tasks related to the actual work I'd be doing.

I applied for a job at the Peet's coffee shop, and had a phone interview with the manager. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. It was mostly general questions and was super easy and quick. The manager was really nice and chill, so I didn't feel nervous at all.
