Behavioral Other

The interview system was really poorly managed. It wasn't clear what they expected from me organizationally. The interviewers themselves were friendly, but the whole process was slow and kind of secretive. I'd suggest being really persistent when following up.

I was interviewed by a panel of three people; an HR person, a direct supervisor to the position, and a head from a related department. They gave me a sheet of paper with about fifteen questions to review, and began asking immediately. The questions were mainly aimed at specific examples of past experience.

Behavioral

I had a nice chat with three people who work for the executive I'd be supporting. It was a round robin style of questioning, pretty informal and very pleasant. Everyone was super professional and approachable. We talked for over an hour, and I got to explain my experience, skills, and why I'm interested in the job and how it fits with the position's demands.
