Had a panel interview over zoom with about 5 people. They didn't give much feedback after each question and just moved on to the next, kind of like a round robin. They asked a lot of scenario-based questions and some critical thinking ones.

I applied online and then was contacted right after I submitted my application. The whole thing was really smooth and fast. I had a panel interview, and the people there were very nice. I actually got lost in the building, and everyone was super helpful, which made me feel like the working environment is really nice. I'm sure I'll love the people. There are a lot of experienced nurses, but also very young nurses too, so it seems like a good place to work as a new grad, unlike my local hospital which had more older staff that made me feel uncomfortable because they seemed unwelcoming. UC Davis is great.

Got an interview within 2 weeks of applying, it was super fast. Got an email saying I got selected for a panel interview in 4 days. The HR and recruiting team communication was terrible, they never answered calls, voicemails, or emails. I've never seen such a bad HR department in a big company. I had to chase them for interview info when they should've been reaching out to me. Basic interview questions, just a terrible HR and recruiting team. I declined the offer because how they treat you in the interview process shows how they'll treat you as an employee.
