It was a panel interview with 3 people. This was one of the hardest interviews of my career as an MA. I was too nervous to remember much, but there were probably 10 questions in total, with each panelist asking a question from their list. The atmosphere made me nervous. My experience was neutral, could have been better. I was told I'd hear back in a week, but it took a month, and I knew I wouldn't get it.

I interviewed for several jobs over six months. It seems like the company is full of underachievers and only accepts candidates of mediocre caliber. The lack of follow-up after the interview process, with a 50/50 response rate, is disheartening, especially given the position level and the time/energy commitment of interviewing. There is no HR involvement; all hiring is handled via the department.

The interview was easy, they asked basic questions about availability, scenarios, and diversity. It lasted about 30 minutes. It made me feel comfortable talking to them and they all seemed easy going. I would interview again with them if needed.

  • What is your understanding of diversity?
