The hiring process usually has a few steps: first, we look at CVs and cover letters. Then, there's a motivation interview to see if you're interested in consulting and AI. After that, a technical interview or a case study to check your analytical skills, how you structure your thoughts, and if you get the business side of AI. Finally, an interview with a manager or partner to make sure you fit the role and the firm's culture.

So at UBS, it's a tough interview process, they really want to see if you've got the brains, can you solve problems, and do you fit in. First up, you'll do some online tests, like situational judgment and number stuff. If you pass that, it's a one-way video interview where they check if you're all about UBS's vibe and know your stuff about the industry. Then, the big one is the in-person thing in London. You'll tackle a case study, do a group activity, and have interviews. Gotta be prepped on financial analysis, what's happening in the markets, and how to work with others.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you identify two companies that you believe should merge, and explain your reasoning behind this choice?
