First, I submitted my CV and a Cover Letter. The cover letter was on their platform and was made up of situational questions where I had to rank alternatives for different scenarios. There was also a cognitive test with pattern recognition questions (they were easy) and questions asking me to analyze texts and charts and answer true, false, or can't say. I got 37 patterns, with 36 correct. I also finished 15 out of 18 questions in the other section, getting all of them correct. This was enough to move on. Second, I received an email to complete the hirevju, which involves one-sided questions.

We had a numerical test and a verbal reasoning test, then an online interview with hirevue. The numerical test was pretty easy, but I'm not sure what the passing criteria were. Hirevue was a bit tricky though.

First, there's a Cognitive assessment, basically an IQ test. Then, a verbal reasoning test with multiple questions on simultaneous tests where you have to determine if a statement is True, False, or if the information isn't available in the text. Following that, a video interview without an interviewer where questions appear on screen. You get 1 minute to think and 2 minutes to answer. These questions cover your motivations for the role and company, as well as interpersonal skills like conflict resolution.
