Premier entretien téléphonique informel (test d'anglais et d'actualité de l'industrie) puis rencontre IRL avec une personne RH, tout à fait chaleureuse et vraisemblablement compétente, mais stagiaire. Quelques questions de mises en situation ("que feriez-vous comme opération marketing avec tel ou tel cadre d'action"...). Impression très favorable en sortie d'entretien. La personne RH me rappelle quelques semaines plus tard pour me dire qu'après avoir étudié les CV, les managers ont décidé de prendre quelqu'un de plus expérimenté. Quel intérêt y avait-il alors à me faire venir pour un entretien IRL, auquel les managers n'ont même pas assisté, si c'est ensuite pour me faire disqualifier sur le CV ?

Il y a eu un appel d'environ 15 à 45 minutes pour discuter de ta culture du jeu vidéo, de tes connaissances de l'industrie, des changements que tu as opérés et des grandes tendances. Ensuite, une journée chez Ubisoft avec les autres candidats. Nous étions en groupes de 5. Une présentation sur l'industrie du jeu vidéo et Ubisoft au début. Puis, un travail de groupe de 5 personnes sur un sujet très axé produit et stratégie de communication pendant 1 heure. Ensuite, présentation du résultat sur PowerPoint à des employés, suivie de questions/réponses. Après cela, un entretien individuel de près d'une heure sur tes connaissances en marketing, les outils, et tes expériences passées pertinentes.
