The interview process started with an assessment. After about two to three weeks, I was invited to a technical interview, which went really well. The interviewers, who were two people, focused on my knowledge and understanding of real-life situations, not just basic terms. They also presented me with scenarios to assess my analytical skills. A few days later, HR confirmed I had passed the technical round and scheduled an HR interview, which was also very pleasant. The HR representative was quite polite. Overall, the interviews were smooth, which was a relief compared to other companies where communication can be lacking.

Behavioral Technical

After I applied, I was contacted many months later. First, there was a call with HR about a test I'd need to take. Then, there was an interview with the manager and HR, where they decided whether to hire me based on how I did on the interview and the test.

The job interview process for a game tester role at Ubisoft in India can differ, but it usually involves a few steps. First, they screen your resume to see if you meet the basic requirements for the job. If you do, they'll likely have a phone or video interview with you to talk about your experience and why you want the role. Then, Ubisoft might give you a technical test to check your skills. If you pass that, you might get invited for an in-person interview where you'll answer technical and behavioral questions. Sometimes, they might have an Assessment Center where you do simulated job activities. Finally, after everything, they'll decide and might offer you the job.
