The interview process was quick and fluid, them reaching back was steadfast. I had 2 rounds of interviews, both of them taking place online with video cameras of both of them as the interviewers and I as the interviewee.

i was pretty happy with how fast they responded to my application after i hit "easy apply", it took about a day. then i answered some more questions and they set up a personal interview for me for 5:30pm local time on friday of the same week i applied. it really seemed like they were trying to fill the job fast, before the monday deadline they had posted. but then after i waited about 15 minutes, they sent me a message saying the interview was canceled because the job opening had already been filled. it felt really disrespectful and unprofessional, in my opinion.

Had a chat with the HR manager, who was really nice and relaxed. We talked a bit about my past jobs and what this role involves, pretty standard stuff. Since it's for a bilingual customer service rep position, I also had to do a language assessment with a team member.
