Failed - I went through 2 rounds: 1st round with HR and she was very straightforward with her questions. Second round with the line manager where he asked me to do a case study (similar to a consulting case).

Step 1: recruiter call - recruiter was nice and easy to talk to. Gave an overview of the role at a high level. Step 2: hiring manager interview - Typical behavioral questions, why uber eats, why should we choose you etc. Step 3: case study: Very time intensive, and also very broad, so had to make lots of assumptions. Overall interview process was 7/10.

Two rounds after the HR phone screen. The whole process took about 7 weeks. First round was 45 minutes of behavioral, which was great. Second and final round was a big take-home case/assignment and giving a 30-minute virtual panel presentation plus 30 minutes of Q&A, plus a bonus round of behavioral. I would have rated it a 'positive' overall experience, except during the final round HR messed up twice (didn’t show up for tech setup/cameras etc; gave me the wrong names for the behavioral round). I rated it 'difficult' mostly because of how demanding the take-home case was.
