They asked questions that were relevant to the job description and my resume. The interviewers listened carefully and seemed to understand my points. They gave me enough time to prepare.

The first step was a 30-minute session with an Associate Director and HR to check my technical skills for the role. Then, I had a 1-hour second round with a panel of 3 people and HR, where we went deep into my current job and they tested my technical and problem-solving skills across different technical areas. The last part was a 15-minute chat with the Vice President.

The recruiters at USP India are very ruthless and have a lot of attitude problems. I'm not sure about the pros as I'm a candidate, but I've heard it's a good company with good benefits. I had 2 rounds of interviews. The recruiter never interacts softly, is very rude, and yelled at me a couple of times over the phone. The major issue is they never respond back to calls or emails. I was asked to be ready for a telephonic interview, and no one showed up that day. I had taken the day off. I was calling, but there was no response. The recruiter thinks they know a lot about science and never lets you talk. I hope the management trains people on how to behave with others, and it's very important. I don't know how seriously this comment will be taken or if it will just be ignored. I see so many comments; is the management really taking action, or is it just for information and data gathering?
