I interviewed with them 8 years ago. I recommend them as an employer, however they are going through a lot of changes right now and I am not sure how it will impact their future.

I was contacted by HR for a phone screening. Then I was invited for an in-person interview where I met with 4 different people, in pairs. The interview itself wasn't too difficult, though I wasn't sure if it was a job I wanted. They mentioned that specific credit card/prepaid card experience wasn't necessary, even though I had it. I would have taken the job though, since I needed one after being laid off for a while. I did send a thank you note afterward but never heard back. It would be nice to know the outcome, but this has happened before so my expectations were already low.
