The interview process was quite direct. They asked questions that tapped into my background in banking, financial services, client interaction, and the real estate sector. For real estate, we specifically discussed budgeting, the costs associated with construction, and how I'd go about planning a budget.

So the credit analyst interview process, it usually starts with a resume review, then we do some initial interviews where we check your financial acumen, your credit analysis skills, and how well you communicate. After that, there are case studies and credit analysis tests, and then final interviews.

The interview process involved a lot of behavioral questions and some technical ones, specifically about credit. They asked things like 'what's a revolver' or 'do you know what the interest coverage ratio shows?'. The behavioral questions were pretty standard for most interviews.
