Administrative
5 rounds of interviews with a variety of management and team members. Everyone had a different perspective on the position and was helpful in describing the workload, expectations and company as a whole.
- Can you tell me about your past experience relevant to this role?
Administrative Assistant
The whole thing took about 3-4 weeks. I first did an online application, and then got a call a few days later for a phone interview. After that went well, they set up an in-person interview. The panel for that was the District Manager, Regional Project Manager, and District Operations Manager. They were all women and made me feel super comfortable and relaxed, which was nice. I got picked for another round, which was a phone interview that also went fine. Then about a week later, the district manager called with the offer. It was a pretty smooth process overall.
- Can you explain a specific Excel function, including its terminology and usage?
- Tell me about your general qualifications and experience.
Administrative Assistant
I applied online and got a call for an interview the next day because they needed to fill the position quickly. I interviewed with the manager, who then brought in some coworkers to ask me questions too. Three days later, I received a conditional job offer and had to go to HR for fingerprinting. The process was pretty straightforward, but they were eager to hire someone since the role had been open for a few weeks.
- What's the hardest part about juggling multiple tasks and managing files?
