Customer Service Representative
It was a phone interview with about 6-8 basic questions. The interview was thorough and fun. It was easy-going, and they gave me time to respond. I was asked if I had any questions, which I did, and she appreciated that. The interviewer also gave me more info about the position and asked about my preferred shift if I got the job.

Customer Service Representative
I applied online and heard back about two weeks later via email to set up an interview. The first interview was a phone screen with the recruiter, lasting about 30 minutes. I got the okay to move on to the next interview, which was the following day. It was a video interview on Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager and lasted around 45 minutes. Both interviewers were really welcoming and made me feel comfortable, it didn't even feel like an interview! I received an offer the same day and accepted. They asked for my availability to schedule my start date.
- Tell me about a mistake you made and how you handled it.
Customer Service Representative
I got a call from a recruiter who asked me if I had customer service experience and then told me about the job. She said I could move on to a second interview. The second interview was scheduled for 6/29/22 at 9pm on Teams video. I got a confirmation email with contact info for concerns, but none of them were the original recruiter. Nobody showed up for the interview, and I didn't get any notice. I emailed the address in the confirmation but got no reply. I called the recruiter back, but we got disconnected, and she didn't answer when I called again. No return call either. This has been a really bad interview experience. It was very unprofessional and disorganized. I have lots of banking experience and was really looking forward to this. Very disappointing.
- How many years of customer service experience do you have?
