Behavioral Technical

Started with a recruiter screening, which had to be rescheduled twice due to recruiter errors. The final interview involved speaking with three different people at separate times, which I had to schedule myself. The interviews were mostly behavioral with some basic finance technical questions. One interviewer was 15 minutes late and seemed annoyed to be there. The questions were very repetitive, essentially the same ones asked in different ways, which felt like it limited my ability to showcase my skills.

Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed with 4 managers initially, then had a second round with another manager, and a final round with the department head. The department head had to cut the interview short due to a competing priority. I was a bit frustrated with the number of interviews for an analyst position.

Behavioral Technical Coding

First, I had a chat with HR in a bright room. They asked about my background, what drives me, and my strong points. I told stories about working with others, being flexible, and solving problems. The HR person seemed to think I'd fit in well and liked my communication skills. Then, I had a technical interview with the tech lead. They hit me with some tough questions about my field to see how I approach problems and how good I am with tech stuff. I did some coding and explained how I was thinking and what algorithms I used. We also talked about projects I'd done and how I tackled technical issues. The interviewer thought I had a solid technical background.
