I got referred by an employee and had two video interviews. It was pretty simple and organized. First, I talked to the recruiter about my background and why I wanted the job. Then, I had a final panel interview with three hiring managers where they asked mostly behavioral questions about teamwork, solving problems, and my past experiences. I wish I'd gone into more detail with my examples, even though I used the STAR method. It was a good, professional interview overall.

There were three interviews in total. The first was a recruiter call to check my background and skills. The second was with the hiring manager to see if I was a good fit for the job. The last one was a "team fit" interview with a panel of the team. The whole thing was pretty easy and done in under a week. The only technical questions were basic accounting.

The process was easy to set up and schedule meetings, but it was all done online. I think an in-person option would have been better for me, but I guess many companies do this at the beginning of the process.
