Behavioral Case

The experience was great. Everyone was really friendly. First, there was a recorded video interview with some behavioral questions. Then, there were two actual interview rounds, each with a behavioral part and a standard case.

Behavioral Case Presentation

So the interview started with a behavioral/fit part, which was supposed to be about an hour but mine wrapped up in about 45-50 minutes. They asked me standard behavioral questions, like 'tell me about yourself,' 'why this company,' and 'walk me through your resume.' After that, I took a short 10-15 minute break before diving into the case study part, which lasted around an hour. I think I was just really nervous and it showed during the case study, but overall it was a pretty positive experience because the interviewers seemed like nice people.

Case Behavioral

There was an HR screening call first. Then, two rounds of case studies and behavioral questions. The first round was with analysts, and the second was with partners. They focus on traditional profitability cases, and it's not really an impact-driven organization.
