It was about an hour long interview, standard questions like "tell me about yourself", "why Tyson & Mendes?", and "what are your weaknesses?". The conversation was in depth and engaging, they talked about benefits near the end, but ultimately decided not to move forward.

Two virtual interviews. The first one is to go over your background, talk about the company and your experience. The second interview is more detailed; they really dig into your skill level and check everything. They review all your information, your online presence, and so on; they are looking for the best candidate.

The initial communication was a bit off-putting due to name errors and a voicemail that sounded like the person was eating. However, the job itself seemed interesting, so I continued. The interview process was pretty standard. I first met with the office manager and the paralegal manager. The following week, I interviewed with the attorney I'd be working for, who seemed great and made me eager to join. I got the impression the environment might be better for less experienced, younger professionals, even though they required at least 5 years of experience. Ultimately, the compensation and benefits weren't enough for me to take a step backward in my career, so I declined the offer.
