Applied online and heard back from a recruiter within a week. The onsite interview was about three weeks after that and lasted for 3 hours plus a lunch break. It consisted of four 40-minute sessions with some really great and chill people. The manager talked about my technical background, and the three coding sessions weren't too tough, mostly involving a few algorithm questions. I never got feedback on my application status.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was quick and technical. It started with an HR round, followed by interviews with the Team Lead and managers. Depending on the skills needed for the job, they'll ask you questions. Mostly, they'll dive deep into your resume. They'll explain the job you applied for, and you should explain how your skills align. The salary offered is not great, it's below market rate.

Behavioral Technical

I met a Tyco representative at a career fair at my school. After a discussion with an HR person at the booth, I was asked for a follow-up interview the next day. The interview went very well. They asked questions about my past projects, how I work in a group, and general questions. They were impressed that I wore a full business suit and that I requested business cards after the interview. I then had an all-day onsite interview and was offered the job.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I don't remember any questions being particularly hard for me to answer.
