Account Executive
I applied for the Senior Account Executive role and the recruiter called me, really excited about my resume. We chatted and I laid out my salary expectations. Then I spoke with my potential manager, followed by their boss. The manager's boss revealed that the specific position I applied for wasn't actually open and they posted it just to attract candidates. The recruiter then contacted me saying an offer was ready. I was happy until I saw the offer, which was really low. They said they were trying to negotiate more but kept pressuring me to sign the offer letter. I told them I wouldn't sign without a firm offer. After that, I never heard back from them.
- What's your strategy
Commercial Account Executive
The interview process is quite long with many written and oral tests. The first phone chat felt really good, but the one on one interview was totally different and nothing like the phone chat. It really just depends if the sales manager ends up liking you.
- Would you be able to make 40 cold calls daily and generate your own leads?
Sales Executive
I had a phone interview first with a recruiter, they went over my resume and experience and checked if I met the job description. Then they called back to schedule an in person interview at the local branch. The staff were very professional, and the interviewer was polite but direct. They didn't make any promises and it took about an hour.
