Quant Intern
There were 3 rounds before the final data interview. They give you a dataset and expect you to write code for the whole day. In the first rounds, they ask probability and brain teasers.
- Probability brain teasers were asked.
- Data analysis questions were asked.
Intern
The interview process involved an online assessment that included algorithmic and data science questions like linear regression. This was followed by two technical Zoom interviews focusing on statistics and coding. The online assessment wasn't too difficult, and the interviewers were responsive. The overall process was quick.
- How would you go about pricing the housing market?
Intern
It was a tough interview process that really tested my knowledge of probability and the market. The interviewer was really aggressive in their questioning, and it was the most challenging interview I'd had among all the quant firms I applied to. They also tested my mental math skills.
- Could you clarify if CAPM is considered a time series model?
